Principal Attorney
Sohrab Christian Yassan is a California-licensed civil litigator and the principal of One Yassan Law, APC, a professional law corporation based in Sherman Oaks. His practice focuses on matters where individuals find themselves up against landlords, manufacturers, employers, or government agencies, and need a lawyer who will engage seriously on their behalf.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Riverside and a Juris Doctor degree. Before practicing law, he spent four years in healthcare administration and compliance at one of California's largest public health plans, gaining a ground-level understanding of how large institutions, regulatory frameworks, and government-adjacent organizations actually operate from the inside.
That background informs his litigation approach directly. Whether the opposing party is a landlord, a manufacturer, an employer, or a government agency, he understands how institutional machinery works and where it fails. He brings that analytical precision to every matter he handles.
He has served as Treasurer of the Iranian American Bar Association, Los Angeles Chapter, reflecting his commitment to the legal community and to the Iranian-American clients and families he is proud to serve.
